EFFEPI automatic valve mechanisms

Driven by pneumatic energy. Different models are capable of handling liquids, gases, slurries or solids.

Shut-off valves

Some models are capable of withstanding pressures up to 35 bar. To facilitate the solution of design problems, EFFEPI offers devices with a wide variety of configurations: straight, with an angle of 45 or 90 degrees, with valves parallel and perpendicular to the material flow.

Valves with three-way device

Closing one channel inevitably opens the other, allowing fluid to flow towards the third channel. Another example; a three-way valve for vacuum systems that opens a free channel for suction of air from the external environment when the main channel is closed.

Ball valves

Used for corrosive substances devoid of solids and food liquids. Available in sizes 3/8 "to 4". Models available for use in flange connections. All ball valves are equipped with a rotary pneumatic actuator.

Disc valves

Designed for working with solid granulates, powders, corrosive liquids. They are widely used in the food industry. Some models are designed to work with solids only.
